These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Next Choice Retail LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description error is found, or the order cannot be verified — and will refund any amount charged.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. Tax shown before checkout completion is an estimate; the final amount is calculated at payment. Payments are captured by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; we do not store card data.

Product information

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Product descriptions, ingredient declarations, sizes and directions are reproduced from supplier labelling and may be updated by suppliers without notice. Always read the label on the product you receive. Nothing on this site is a medical claim, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. See our Disclaimer.

Availability

Stock levels change continuously. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a partial shipment or a refund.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish site content without written permission.
• Do not submit false reviews or impersonate another person.

Intellectual property

Site design, text and images are owned by Next Choice Retail LLC or used with permission. Brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
